▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aerogel composite heat-insulating sheet involves mixing aerogel powder with ethanol, dispersing, adding aqueous polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, fully stirring to obtain floccule, then milling on open mill to obtain aerogel/polytetrafluoroethylene composite material. The heat conducting powder is mixed with ethanol, dispersed, added with aqueous polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, fully stirred to obtain floccule, then subjected with milling on the open mill to obtain heat conducting powder/polytetrafluoroethylene composite material. The aerogel/polytetrafluoroethylene composite material is overlapped with heat-conducting powder/polytetrafluoroethylene composite material prepared, rolled and finally desired product. USE - Method for preparing aerogel composite heat-insulating sheet used in field of nanometer material. ADVANTAGE - The composite aerogel-insulating sheet prepared realize non-adhesive bonding between the heat-conducting layer and heat insulating layer, long-term use temperature is more than 250℃. The composite aerogel has no adhesive of the heat insulation sheet, resist 250℃ high temperature for a long time. The method removes the pressure-sensitive adhesive bonding process in the existing process.
