NOVELTY - The method involves preparing graphene oxide dispersion and polystyrenesulfonic acid dispersion, and mixing equal volume of graphene oxide dispersion and polystyrene sulfonic acid dispersion to obtain a mixed dispersion. Soluble molybdate and L-cysteine are added to the mixed dispersion to disperse components uniformly. Dispersed slurry is coated on a copper foil current collector to obtain molybdenum disulfide, graphene and polystyrene sulfonic acid composite electrode, where concentration of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 0.5-2 gram/litre. USE - Method for manufacturing an electrode material of a lithium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving conductivity and electrochemical performance.
