▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene and organic fluorosilicone aqueous polyurethane composite emulsion comprises an aqueous organic fluorosilicone polyurethane emulsion and an amino functionalized graphene. The aqueous organic fluorosilicone polyurethane comprises diisocyanate, polyether glycol, fluorine- and epoxy-containing hydroxy silicone oil, dimethylolpropionic acid and 1,4-butanediol. The amino functionalized graphene has sheet diameter of 0.5-30 mu m and single layer ratio of more than 85%. The weight of amino functionalized graphene is 0.05-5 wt.% with respect to weight of aqueous organic polyurethane. USE - Graphene and organic fluorosilicone aqueous polyurethane composite emulsion used in anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene and organic fluorosilicone aqueous polyurethane composite emulsion has excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature high-humidity resistance, acid rain resistance and salt mist resistance, and strong adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene and organic fluorosilicone aqueous polyurethane composite emulsion. Vacuum dehydrated diisocyanate, polyether glycol, and fluorine-containing and epoxy hydroxypolysiloxane are stirred in a round bottom four-necked flask having stirrer and thermometer, heating to 75 degrees C, adding preset amount of dimethylolpropionic acid, dibutyl dilaurate and acetone, reacting for 40 minutes, heating to 80 degrees C, continuously reacting for 2 hours, cooling to 60 degrees C, adding 1,4-butanediol, continuously reacting for 30 minutes, cooling to 35 degrees C, neutralizing with sodium carbonate for 20 minutes, and adding deionized water to emulsify.
