NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity graphene composite film involves dispersing original graphene powder in dispersant, obtaining well-dispersed graphene nanosheet dispersion by ultrasound, mixing uniformly graphene nanosheet dispersion with polymer matrix material and curing agent to obtain graphene-polymer mixture, injecting obtained graphene-polymer mixture into a mold or a shaping device, and applying magnetic field to obtain highly oriented and highly thermally conductive graphene composite film after curing. USE - Method for preparing high thermal conductivity graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene composite film has avoided pollution of the auxiliary magnetic nanoparticle, and improved thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a high thermal conductivity graphene composite film, which comprises: a graphene nanosheets, a dispersant, a polymer matrix material and a curing agent, where mass fraction of graphene nanosheet in the composite material is 1-10 wt.%, and the graphene nanosheet in the composite material is oriented and arranged by a dynamic vertical rotating magnetic field.
