▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Forming activated graphene oxide sheets, comprises: heating a first solution comprising an etchant and graphene oxide to form activated graphene oxide sheets comprising in-plane defects; filtering the first solution to purify the activated graphene oxide sheets; and spray drying the activated graphene oxide sheets. USE - The method is useful for forming activated graphene oxide sheets. ADVANTAGE - The method provides activated reduced graphene oxide sheets that have a conductivity of 1000-3000 S/m, electromobility of at most 500 cm2/V/second, and density of 0.002-0.005 g/cm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: an activated graphene oxide (G1) having a defect density of 0.1-2 and an oxygen content of at least 30 wt.%; and an activated reduced graphene oxide (G2) having a defect density of 0.1-2 and an oxygen content of ≯ 20%.
