NOVELTY - Plastic spraying method involves using surface treatment process and subsequent spraying process, where the surface treatment process includes a degreasing sub-process and the surface film forming sub-process includes the first surface film forming process, for forming a film on the surface of the first type of metal material of the lamp structure through an acidic passivation solution, and the second type of metal material of the lamp structure for acid cleaning. The second surface film forming process is selectively adopted corresponding to the second type of metal material of the lamp structure, and used to form a film on the surface of the second type of metal material of the lamp structure through a silane solution. USE - Plastic spraying method used for structural portions of lamps. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving adhesive force and anti-corrosion ability of coating so as to realize surface treatment conveying line to perform surface treatment and plastic spraying process to lamp structure of different metal material, thus saving manufacturing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a plastic spraying process system for lamp structure, which comprises a surface treatment conveying line and spraying conveying line set in turn, where the surface treatment delivery line includes first conveying mechanism for conveying the lamp structure and one degreasing groove orderly set along the first conveying mechanism, first washing and dipping groove, first surface film forming spraying groove, neutralizing solution dipping groove, second water washing and soaking groove, second surface film forming spraying groove, third water washing spraying groove and first drying channel.
