▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene primer-in-two-in-one epoxy anticorrosive paint comprises component (A) capable of being cured to form a film, and component (B). The component (A) comprises 0.1-3 %mass graphene, 0.01-1.5 %mass polyaniline, 10-40 %mass zinc powder, 10-30 %mass filler, 20-40 %mass bisphenol A epoxy resin solution with solid content of 75% and remaining solvent (A). The component (B) comprises 40-60 %mass curing agent and 40-60 %mass solvent (B). USE - Graphene primer-in-two-in-one epoxy anticorrosive paint for steel structure. ADVANTAGE - The method combines primer paint and intermediate paint into a whole, and simplifies the construction process while maintaining corrosion resistance and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene primer-in-two-in-one epoxy anticorrosive paint, which involves (S1) mixing graphene and polyaniline, adding solvent (A), and performing ball milling and uniformly dispersing to obtain mixed dispersion liquid of graphene and polyaniline, adding remaining solvent (A), zinc powder, mixed dispersion liquid and filler into solution of bisphenol A type epoxy resin with solid content of 75% at rotating speed of 1000-1500 rpm, stirring uniformly at rotating speed of 2000-3000 rpm, and adding into three-roll grinder to grind mixture until the granularity is 20-60 µm to obtain component (A), (S2) mixing and stirring curing agent and solvent (B) at rotating speed of 1000-1500 rpm to obtain component (B), and (S3) mixing prepared component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of 4-8.
