NOVELTY - Preparing graphene microsphere solid phase extracting agent comprises (i) preparing graphene solution, stirring for 5-15 hours, ultrasonic wave oscillating for 5-10 hours, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and (ii) placing dispersion liquid in quartz tube connected to ultrasonic atomizer, ultrasonic atomizing into aerosol droplets, after atomizer air flow and suction filtration driven by vacuum pump, heating quartz tube at 400-450 degrees C, collecting using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter membrane, drying to obtain graphene microsphere solid phase extracting agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene microsphere solid phase extracting agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene microsphere is prepared by simple process, has high surface area ratio, can react with organic compounds containing aromatic ring of strong pi - pi stacking interactions, has strong absorbing ability and high gathering efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of graphene microsphere solid phase extracting agent comprising (i) providing graphene microsphere solid phase extracting agent, adding in a solid phase extraction column, washing cylinder, activating, controlling flow speed at 1-1.5 ml/minute, and (ii) adding 2-methanol containing sample solution in solid phase extraction column, controlling flow speed at 0.8-1 ml/minute, rinsing with methyl alcohol solution, vacuum pumping to dry, using 3-5 ml alkaline solution in methyl alcohol for elution, collecting eluate, using nitrogen blowing concentrator to dry, using constant volume of methanol, using needle filter membrane for filtering, using ultraviolet spectrophotometer for testing eluate absorbance.
