DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene airgel, which involves: i. introducing the graphene oxide aqueous solution into the hollow copper mold until it overflows and sealing it with copper; ii. placing the hollow copper mold filled with graphene oxide aqueous solution in a low-temperature environment, first undergoing directional freezing and then freeze-drying to obtain graphene oxide airgel; where the freezing direction of the directional freezing is from the surface of the mold to the center of the liquid; and iii. thermally reducing the obtained graphene oxide aerogel in an inert atmosphere at 800-1400°C to obtain the graphene aerogel.
