USE - Preparation of solid-phase micro-extraction adsorption coat-based silica-bonded graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silica-bonded graphene-based solid-phase micro-extraction adsorption coat is manufactured efficiently with excellent high-affinity high-capacity rapid-bonding capability with respect to target substance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of solid-phase micro-extraction adsorption coat-based silica-bonded graphene involves preparing functionalized graphene by mixing modified graphite oxide in deionized water, preparing stainless steel fiber supported-silica coat, preparing graphene bonded coat by dispersing functionalized graphene in ethanol, adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and ethyl orthosilicate to obtain a transparent solution, immersing processed stainless steel fiber, taking out, polymerizing, coating, and drying to form coat having thickness of 50-100 mu m, and putting the prepared coat at the sample injection port of a gas chromatograph in a nitrogen atmosphere.
