USE - The n-type composite material is used for thermoelectric conversion element, temperature sensor, infrared sensor, field effect transistor, PN junction diode, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS), or solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The n-type composite material has thermal stability at high temperatures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a N-type doping agent for nanocarbon material comprising amidine compounds and/or guanidine compound; and a method for forming the n-type composite material or a method for n-type doping of the nanocarbon material and nanocarbon material aggregates.
