NOVELTY - Preparing sulfur doped graphene quantum dot involves adding acetylene black into reflux device, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide and de-ionized water, heating jacket at 90 degrees C, keeping reaction liquid to boil for 3-20 hours, cooling the reaction liquid to room temperature, using sodium hydroxide solution to adjust pH value to neutral, and purifying product by dialysis to obtain sulfur doped graphene quantum dots. USE - Method for preparing sulfur doped graphene quantum dot. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare sulfur doped graphene quantum dot in simple and cost effective manner by one-step reaction.
