▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises a carrier, an active component and a heat conducting material. USE - The catalyst useful for preparing phthalic anhydride by naphthalene oxidation. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst is good for quickly transferring heat and removing heat; and can reach the mass yield of phthalic anhydride to 108.12%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing of the catalyst, comprising (i) mixing the mixed solution with titanium dioxide, auxiliary agent, heat conducting material and adhesive to obtain catalytic active component slurry, where the mixed solution comprises solvent, reducing agent and main active component, preferably, the viscosity of the slurry is 10-40 Pa-S, preferably 12-25 Pa-S, and (ii) spraying the slurry of the catalytic active component on the carrier and drying; and (2) preparing phthalic anhydride by naphthalene oxidation, comprising passing naphthalene-containing mixed gas into the fixed bed reactor to react, along the direction from the inlet to the outlet of the naphthalene-containing mixed gas, where the fixed bed reactor comprises orderly filling A section catalyst, B section catalyst, C-stage catalyst and D-stage catalyst, where the A-stage catalyst is the catalyst prepared by the above method.
