NOVELTY - Preparing carbon nano tube/graphene synergistically enhanced electronic cigarette oil guide rope comprises taking glass fiber dispersing into mixed solvent of water and ethanol, adding glass fiber into carbon nano tube material, stirring, drying to obtain carbon nano tube modified glass fiber, taking e.g. graphite material, dispersing, adding into a double screw extruder mixing granulating, taking obtained carbon tube modified glass fiber dispersing in coupling agent solution, taking the pre-processed glass fiber for leaching in obtained modified resin is melt or solution, spinning and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon nano tube/graphene synergistically enhanced electronic cigarette oil guide rope (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon nano tube/graphene synergistically enhanced electronic cigarette oil guide rope: is elastic, brittle and easy to break, wear resistance; the method: is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing carbon nano tube/graphene synergistically enhanced electronic cigarette oil guide rope comprises (a) taking 10-2000 g glass fiber dispersing into mixed solvent of water and ethanol, adding 0.1-50% glass fiber into carbon nano tube material, stirring at 50-100 degrees C for 12-96 hours, where the above group and the glass fiber on the carbon nano tube are fully reacted, using deionized water washing the unreacted carbon nano pipe for 2-4 times, drying at 60-200 degrees C to obtain carbon nano tube modified glass fiber, (b) taking 10-2000 g graphite material, 1-100 g coupling agent, using ethanol as solvent, using high speed dispersion machine where the dispersion speed is 10000-80000 revolutions/minute and reacting for 1-12 hours, maintaining temperature at 25-70 degrees C, where the original graphite materials were scattered smaller and surface modification by coupling agent, where the mass ratio of the modified graphite powder and polymer resin granules is 0.1:100-100: 100, adding into a double screw extruder mixing granulating, second granulating of graphite, adding the polymer granule or modified graphene with mass ratio of 0.1:100-100: 100 adding into polymer resin solution, high speed stirring using polymer dispersant, (c) taking step (a) obtained carbon tube modified glass fiber dispersing in 0.05-5 M coupling agent solution, mixing modifications for 1-8 hours, taking the pre-processed glass fiber leaching in step (b) to obtained modified resin is melt or solution, spinning via curing agent with fiber, using fiber winding to guide oil rope, drying the solvent at 60-100 degrees C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for carbon nano tube/graphene synergistically enhanced electronic cigarette oil guide rope comprising is obtained by above method.
