▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fabrication of graphene structure (25) comprises on a fabrication substrate, forming a pattern of distinct graphene catalyst materials (26); and in one graphene synthesis step, forming different numbers of graphene layers on the catalyst materials (28) in the formed pattern. USE - Fabrication of graphene structure useful for fabrication of graphene transistor for use in graphene circuit (claimed) useful for sensing, biosensing, and optical applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene circuit is provided in a single-step formation of entire devices and circuits during one graphene synthesis step. The ability to conduct layer-by-layer assembly of synthesized monolithic graphene/graphite patterns can be exploited, e.g. to produce flexible and transparent integrated electronic devices. The one-step graphene synthesis method to produce monolithic graphene-graphite integrated circuits moves microfabrication technology to an enabled graphene-based electronics paradigm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (A) fabrication of graphene transistor; (B) graphene transistor; and (C) graphene circuit.
