▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Growth of graphene involves decomposing carbon atoms in tungsten carbide source by reduction reaction in a reaction zone using solid-state nano tungsten source in a hot-reaction zone, ethanol/methanol solution as carbon source, and inert gas as protective gas and carrier gas in fast high-temperature reaction zone, generating tungsten carbide, reducing, depositing portion of carbon matrix on surface of tungsten carbide, and obtaining graphene with sheet number of less than 8 layers. USE - Growth of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy, simple, economical and environmentally-friendly growth of graphene with high yield and without using flammable hazardous material.
