NOVELTY - Preparing foam with gradient pore structure involves mixing foaming agent, curing agent and water in the mass ratio of (2-3):1:(0.05-0.08) under uniform stirring, then curing under the vacuum condition of 60-70℃. USE - Method for reparing foam with gradient pore structure used in packaging field and preparing heat-insulating and anti-icing material. ADVANTAGE - The foam with gradient pore structure has impact resistance and heat insulation performance. The foam has low heat conductivity of the air to improve the heat insulation of the foam, and hydrophobic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: Heat-insulating and anti-icing material, which comprises foam layer 1, which is provided with hydrophobic micro-cone array surface 2; and Method of preparing heat-insulating and anti-icing material, which involves: (1) solidifying the silica gel mould with conical bulge on the bottom of the prepared foam, obtaining the foam layer with micro-nano cone array surface; (2) uniformly coating the micro-cone array surface with graphene, then adding sample into the mixed solution of hexamethylene tetramine and zinc nitrate, reacting for 12-15 hours under the vacuum condition of 90-95℃, and drying; (3) reacting the dried sample with fluoran under the vacuum condition of 90-95℃ for 8-10 hours to obtain desired product. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows schematic view of heat-insulating and anti-icing material. 1Foam layer 2Hydrophobic micro-cone array surface 21Conical pit
