NOVELTY - Preparing anode pole piece involves using fluidized bed process to first coating conductive agent on surface of nickel-cobalt-manganese tert. anode material to obtain first coating layer, coating a binder to obtain a second coating layer to obtain an active powder, coating the active powder on the surface of the current collector by dry coating, and rolling to obtain a anode pole piece. USE - Method for preparing anode pole piece used in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has does not need organic solvent such as N-methylpyrrolidone, simplifies the process and cost-effective. The conductive agent and the adhesive are distributed uniformly, the particles are arranged tightly, improving the space utilization rate, improving the pole piece compaction density, so as to improve the energy density of the lithium ion battery.
