NOVELTY - A graphene is prepared by soaking graphite powder or crystalline flake into mixed acid solution, adding polar intercalating agent, and stirring for 6-24 hours; washing with water, where mixture has pH of 5-7, and drying at 60 degrees C; drying sample at 600-1000 W microwave power of microwave apparatus for 0.5-2 minutes; and dispersing obtained graphite in water or organic solvent, and ultrasound crushing for 10-40 minutes to obtain desired graphene. USE - Method for preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost, high yield, simple and easy preparation, and low energy consumption, and is suitable for large scale production.
