▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Wearable composite material comprises 50-80 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 5-11 pts. wt. dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 11-20 pts. wt. potassium carbonate, 6-12 pts. wt. sodium chromate, 1-5 pts. wt. naphthoic acid, and 4-9 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Wearable composite material for manufacturing shoe soles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wearable composite material exert the synergetic effect, has good wear-resisting property, has certain bacteriostatic effect, and has better economic value and social value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing wearable composite material, which involves (A) mixing the sodium chromate, potassium carbonate and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, then mixing with 2-4 times with the total mass of the mixture of de-ionized water to obtain the mixed solution A; (B) adding the polyvinyl chloride with zinc naphthoic acid and graphene oxide, mixing, heating at a temperature of 140-175 degrees C, sealing and stirring at this temperature for 20-30 minutes to obtain a product; (C) mixing the obtained product with the mixed solution A, raising the temperature to 180-195 degrees C, then sealing stirring for 1-2 hours at this temperature; and (D) extruding through an extruder to obtain the final product.
