▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fluorenyl conjugated polymer (I) is new. USE - (I) is useful as organic layer material of electric storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I): reduces the turn-on voltage of the polyfluorene electrical storage device; has excellent electrical storage performance, large storage density, excellent performance and simple preparation process; achieves high switching current ratio, can respond quickly and can perform multiple reads and writes; and ensures the preparation process of electric storage device, which is stable and simple, and has low cost. The electric storage device has low working voltage, and ternary electric storage performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fluorenyl conjugated polymer of formula (I) is new. n = 20-300; R1 = 3-31C alkyl; and R2 = aromatic cyclic imidazolium nitrogen-containing heterocyclic groups. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) fluorenyl conjugated polymer, the polymer is made by polymerizing fluorene monomer and aromatic cycloimidazole monomer as raw materials, the fluorene monomer is alkyl fluorene, the aromatic cyclic imidazole monomers are aromatic cyclic imidazole nitrogen-containing heterocyclic monomers; (2) preparation of (I); (3) electrical storage device, comprising organic layer, the organic layer of electrical storage device is prepared from (I), the electrical storage device further includes a substrate layer, a cathode layer, and an anode layer; and (4) manufacturing electrical storage device, comprising (a) cleaning the substrate layer, (b) dispersing the fluorenyl conjugated polymer in a solvent to obtain fluorenyl conjugated polymer solution, (c) attaching fluorenyl conjugated polymer solution to the cathode layer to form organic layer, (d) attaching an anode layer on the organic layer to obtain final product.
