▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Microwaves are applied to a graphene oxide material to form reduced graphene oxide primary product. The reduced graphene oxide primary product is oxidized by applying microwaves to a mixed liquid including an acid solution, an oxidizing agent (A), and the reduced graphene oxide primary product, to obtain graphene oxide primary product. Microwaves are applied to the graphene oxide primary product, to form reduced graphene oxide secondary product. The reduced graphene oxide secondary product is processed, to obtain graphene quantum dot. USE - Formation of graphene quantum dot. Uses include but are not limited to liquid crystal display, electrode for plasma display panel, notebook computer, cellular phone, electrode for touch panel display device, lithium-ion battery, lithium-ion capacitor, fuel cell, thin-film solar cell and heat exchangers, etc. ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides graphene quantum dot with improved productivity by a simple and environmentally-friendly process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows flowchart for illustrating the formation of graphene quantum dot.
