▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic control tunable wave absorbing plate comprises (i) mixing magnetic particles, thermoplastic powder, reinforcing particles, anti-aging agent and conductive powder, and stirring for 5 minutes at normal temperature to obtain mixed powder for preparing wave-absorbing wire; (ii) adding the mixed powder into three-dimensional printing wire preparation system composed of an extruder, a water cooling system and a traction machine, melting and blending, processing by a water cooling system to obtain magnetic wave-absorbing wire; (iii) adding the magnetic wave-absorbing wire material into the three-dimensional printer, and setting the related printing parameter to obtain magnetic wave absorbing plate; and (iv) pre-processing the magnetic wave absorbing plate in the magnetic field environment, and controlling the magnetic field environment temperature at 60-80degrees Celsius. USE - The method is useful for preparing magnetic control tunable wave absorbing plate. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic control tunable wave absorbing plate has large absorption intensity, wide absorption frequency band, high manufacturing precision, and tunable.
