NOVELTY - Improving precipitation strengthening type high temperature alloy high temperature strength comprises (i) carrying out first solid solution treatment on the precipitation reinforced high-temperature alloy to obtain a single gamma-phase solid solution alloy, (ii) performing ultrasonic rolling or shot blasting on the single gamma phase alloy, (iii) forming a deformation layer on the surface of the single graphene phase solution alloy to form deformation alloy, where the hardness of the deform layer gradually decreases from the surface to the center, (iv) performing aging treatment on deform alloy, separating the deformed layer from the second phase of gradient distribution from the center to the core, and gradually reducing the hardness from the core to the surface, (v) subjecting to aging treatment to deformation to form a deformable alloy. USE - Method for improving high temperature strength of precipitation enhanced high temperature alloy used for shaft piece of aircraft engine, disc piece, and fastening piece. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need to change the alloy component, and improves the high temperature strength of the precipitation enhanced high temperature alloy.
