The graphene-modified aqueous alkyd resin comprises 4-15 pts. wt. vegetable oil fatty acid, 1-4 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride, 0.5-3 pts. wt. of trimethylolpropane, 2-6 pts. wt. xylene, 1-6 pts. wt. neopentyl glycol, 2-6 pts. wt. isophthalic acid, 4.-8 pts. wt. benzoic acid, 1.5-4.5 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 1-4 pts. wt. graphene, 4-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 1-4 pts. wt. neutralizing agent, 0.02-0.08 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 3-8 pts. wt. acetone and 40-65 pts. wt. deionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing a graphene polyurethane-modified aqueous alkyd resin, which involves: (A) preparing graphene polyurethane active bodies by charging dried oxide graphene and dimethylol propionic acid with a thermometer and a condenser; (B) raising the temperature to 75-80 degrees C and dropping polyisocyanate uniformly for an hour; (C) preparing graphene polyurethane modified water-based alkyd resin by using a thermometer, condenser, water separator and stirrer in a four-port reactor, and adding vegetable oil fatty acid, phthalic anhydride, phthalic anhydride and trimethylolpropane; (D) raising the temperature to 140 degrees C, stirring, heating for 2 hours, and determining the acid value, cooling to 80 degrees C, adding catalyst dibutyl tin dilaurate, reacting for 2 hours; and (E) testing the viscosity of the reactants to increase the viscosity of acetone and determining isocyanate content close to the theoretical design value, and filtering to obtain final product.
