▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - In-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone composite anti-corrosion coating comprises 35-40 pts. wt. polyethersulfone resin, 0.5-5 pts. wt. in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide composite filler and 130-150 pts. wt. diluent. The polymer part in the in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide composite filler is sulfonyldibenzene compound (I), and the diluent is a mixture of N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylacetamide, toluene and butanone in a weight ratio of 2-8:4-6:4-6:1. USE - Used as in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone composite anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone composite anti-corrosion coating: reduces the number of graphene oxide layers and is easy to disperse; enhances the interaction between the polymer and graphene oxide, and has both excellent dispersion and stability in the system; plays to the shielding effect of graphene oxide sheets; and improves coating anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone composite anti-corrosion coating comprises 35-40 pts. wt. polyethersulfone resin, 0.5-5 pts. wt. in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide composite filler and 130-150 pts. wt. diluent. The polymer part in the in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide composite filler is sulfonyldibenzene compound of formula (I), and the diluent is a mixture of N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylacetamide, toluene and butanone in a weight ratio of 2-8:4-6:4-6:1. n = positive integer, indicating the number of polymerized units; and Ar = amino-containing monomers including 3,3'-sulfonyldianiline-6,6'-diyl, 3,3'-(propane-2,2-diyl)dianiline-6,6'-diyl, or biphenyl-4,4'-diamine-3,3'-diyl. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone composite anti-corrosion coating comprising (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in the N-methylpyrrolidone reaction solvent for 1-3 hours, transfer the dispersion to the reaction vessel, adding diphenyl sulfone monomer and amino group-containing monomer under nitrogen protection, anhydrous potassium carbonate as salt-forming agent and catalyst, adding toluene to reacting with water at 130-150degrees Celsius for 3-5 hours, steaming the toluene, slowly heating at 160-190degrees Celsius and reacting for 6-10 hours, and discharging in ice water, pulverizing the product, washing many times with distilled water under nitrogen protection to remove inorganic salts and solvents, and vacuum drying at 50-70degrees Celsius to obtain the in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide composite filler, the solid content in the reaction system is 15-30%, and (ii) taking 35-40 pts. wt. polyethersulfone resin, 0.5-5 pts. wt. in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide composite filler and 130-150 pts. wt. diluent, ultrasonically dispersing in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide composite filler in the diluent to obtain dispersion, then adding polyethersulfone resin, dispersing the mixture and grinding for 4-6 hours at a rotational speed of 3000-6000 revolutions/minute to obtain in-situ polymerization modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone composite anti-corrosion coating.
