NOVELTY - Preparing self-assembled zinc oxide/graphene composite electrode film material involves: (1) dispersing graphene oxide powder in water to form a uniformly dispersed graphene oxide dispersion; (2) adding sodium hydroxide and ethylenediamine to a zinc acetate aqueous solution, and heating to reflux to generate zinc oxide nanosheets; (3) dispersing the nanosheets in water to form a uniformly dispersed zinc oxide nanosheet dispersion; (4) mixing the nanosheet dispersion with the graphene oxide dispersion, then ultrasonically dispersing, and then suction filtering to obtain a uniform flexible film material; and (5) calcining at high temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing self-assembled zinc oxide/graphene composite electrode film material, which is useful for supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides self-assembled zinc oxide/graphene composite electrode film material with excellent flexibility, electrochemical performance, cycle stability and pseudocapacitance characteristics.
