NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite heat conducting film, comprises e.g. dissolving graphene oxide powder in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding reducing agent into graphene solution, fully stirring and dispersing to obtain graphene oxide slurry, coating the graphene slurry on surface of the carbon substrate layer, placing carbon substrate coated to graphene slurry and drying to obtain carbon substrate layer and graphene film composite sheet structure, sandwiching the carbon substrate layer and the graphene film composite sheet structure using at least two layers of graphite paper, sintering under inert gas atmosphere, cooling, sintering the carbon substrate layer and the graphene film in the carbon substrate layer and the graphene film composite sheet structure to obtain graphitized carbon substrate layer and grapheme film composite structure, and physical shaping the graphitized carbon substrate layer and graphene film composite structure to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite heat conducting film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene composite heat conducting film, comprises dissolving graphene oxide powder in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding reducing agent into graphene solution, fully stirring and dispersing to obtain graphene oxide slurry, coating the graphene slurry on the surface of the carbon substrate layer, placing carbon substrate coated to graphene slurry and drying in an oven to obtain carbon substrate layer and graphene film composite sheet structure, sandwiching the carbon substrate layer and the graphene film composite sheet structure using at least two layers of graphite paper, placing in a graphitizing furnace, sintering under inert gas atmosphere, cooling to room temperature and taking out, sintering the carbon substrate layer and the graphene film in the carbon substrate layer and the graphene film composite sheet structure to obtain graphitized carbon substrate layer and grapheme film composite structure, and physical shaping the graphitized carbon substrate layer and graphene film composite structure to obtain graphene composite heat conducting film.
