NOVELTY - Preparing silver-tin oxide-graphene aerogel gas-sensitive material doped with silver by dipping method, involves weighing tin source, adding reducing agent into deionized water and stirring for a period of time, adding alcohol solution and graphene oxide solution for cross-linking, and then adding alkaline reagent to adjust the pH value and stirring, after ultrasonication, finally reacting into the hydrothermal reactor to obtain tin oxide-graphene sol. The silver nitrate is dipped and weighed into dilute ammonia solution and stirred to obtain silver ammonia solution, after infiltrating the prepared tin oxide-graphene sol in silver ammonia solution, dropped it into glucose solution, put it into oven to obtain silver-tin oxide-graphene sol mixed with silver. The prepared silver-tin oxide-graphene sol is taken into a container and poured into the aging solution for aging. USE - Method for preparing silver-tin oxide-graphene aerogel gas-sensitive material doped with silver by dipping method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silver-tin oxide-graphene aerogel gas-sensitive material doped with silver which significantly improves uniformity of the distribution of silver elemental particles on surface of the material, and reduces performance loss caused by agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silver-tin oxide-graphene aerogel gas-sensitive material doped with silver by dipping method, involves weighing tin source and adding reducing agent into deionized water and stirring for a period of time, adding alcohol solution and graphene oxide solution for cross-linking, and then adding alkaline reagent to adjust the pH value and stirring, after ultrasonication, finally reacting into the hydrothermal reactor to obtain tin oxide-graphene sol. The silver-tin oxide-graphene sol is obtained by aging into a freeze-drying machine. The drying temperature is (-)55-(-)60 degrees C, the pressure is 1-5 Pascal, and it is maintained at a constant temperature and constant pressure for 36-72 hours. The sample is taken out, after the temperature of the freeze dryer reaches room temperature and dried at elevated temperature. The silver-tin oxide-graphene aerogel is initially formed into a vacuum drying oven to continue drying. The drying temperature is 40-60 degrees C and the drying time is 5-8 hours.
