NOVELTY - Carbohydrate-functionalized nanoparticle comprises carbohydrate core, shell and surface. USE - The carbohydrate-functionalized nanoparticle obtained by the method is used for preparing a medicine for treating malignant tumor comprising primary or secondary liver cancer, breast cancer, melanoma, lung cancer and gastric cancer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbohydrate-functionalized nanoparticle interacts with macrophages in the human body, induces the polarization of macrophages M1 and inhibits the growth of malignant tumors, which is injected through the tail vein, and the nanoparticles preparation method is simple and reduces production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Carbohydrate-functionalized nanoparticle comprises carbohydrate core, shell and surface, and has a chemical structure of formula (I).
