▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The waveguide comprises a substrate provided with a graphene suspension groove (3). Two ends of a film graphene lapped on the substrate. A middle part of the film graphene is located between parts of a graphene part of the suspension groove. Multiple longitudinally extending gates are periodically arranged in parallel in a transverse direction to form a gate array. A source/contact electrode (2) is arranged between the laterally adjacent gates, and is not provided inside the graphene applying a direct current voltage to the laterally adjacent gate. Each graphene acoustic waveguide unit is independently adjusted by a corresponding gate to change the corresponding phonon dispersion relation, and is used for adjusting an energy band structure. USE - Dynamically adjustable graphene phonon waveguide used in the field of signal treated, waveform engineering, noise preventing and treating applications in an acoustic field including a sound sub-waveguide, an acoustic waveguide with periodic attribute, a structure with a band-gap characteristics which is important in the signal treated wave form engineering. ADVANTAGE - The graphene acoustic waveguide unit can be independently adjusted by the corresponding gate, so as to change the corresponding phonon dispersion relation, and the energy band structure is adjusted, and the phonon band gap is dynamically adjusted. The graphene phonon waveguide can be flexibly and dynamically adjusted, and is expected to be important in the field of signal treated waveform engineering and noise preventing and treating.
