NOVELTY - A metal-doped manganese lithium phosphate-graphene-carbon composite material preparation method involves dispersing graphite alkene in a manganese source compound and reducing agent as solvent. The mixed component is stirred to obtain solution A. Lithium source is dissolved in the solvent to obtain solution B. The obtained solution B is mixed with solution A to obtain precursor solution. The precursor solution is heated to obtain metal-doped manganese lithium phosphate. The obtained material is mixed with carbon source, and milled and sintered to obtain a composite material. USE - Method for preparing a metal-doped manganese lithium phosphate-graphene-carbon composite material that is utilized as anode material of a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing a metal-doped manganese lithium phosphate-graphene-carbon composite material with high electrical conductivity and better performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A metal-doped manganese lithium phosphate-graphene-carbon composite material preparation method involves dispersing graphite alkene in a manganese source compound, doped metal ion compound, phosphorus source compound and a reducing agent as solvent. The mixed component is stirred at high speed to obtain solution A. Lithium source is dissolved in the solvent to obtain solution B. The obtained solution B is mixed with solution A to obtain manganese lithium phosphate as precursor solution. The precursor solution is heated in a high temperature high pressure reaction kettle at 160-300 degrees C for 20 hours to obtain metal-doped manganese lithium phosphate (LiMnxM(1-x)PO4). The obtained material is mixed with carbon source, and milled and sintered at high temperature to obtain graphite and carbon form a conductive network of manganese lithium iron phosphate composite material, where value of X is 0.7-0.95, M is metal ion, the manganese source compound is manganese sulfate, manganese oxalate, manganese acetate, manganese dioxide, manganese citrate and ferrous chloride, the doped metal ion compound is iron, chromium, magnesium, copper, nickel and vanadium metal compound, the phosphorus source compound is phosphoric acid, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and diammonium phosphate, the reducing agent is glucose, ascorbic acid, oxalic acid, acetic acid and citric acid, the lithium source compound is lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, lithium acetate, lithium oxalate and lithium dihydrogen phosphate, the solvent is water and organic solvent, which comprises ethanol, glycol, glycerol, polyethylene glycol or polyacrylic acid, and the carbon source is sucrose, glucose or citric acid.
