NOVELTY - Polydopamine-containing coated carbon current collector comprises polydopamine and graphene, the preparation method comprises e.g. dissolving dopamine monomer in hydrochloric acid solvent, adjusting pH with alkaline solution, immersing current collector in solution, allowing to stand, washing and drying under vacuum and placing to room temperature, dispersing graphene-containing carbon in a solvent, where solvent contains component 1 and component 2, where component 1 is N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dimethylformamide, ethanol, water, methanol, isopropanol or dimethyl sulfoxide. USE - Used as polydopamine-containing coated carbon current collector. ADVANTAGE - The collector has excellent thermal conductivity of polydopamine and graphene, improves the collector and the bonding strength of the active material, and reduces the internal temperature of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polydopamine-containing coated carbon current collector comprises polydopamine and graphene, the preparation method comprises (i) dissolving dopamine monomer in hydrochloric acid solvent, adjusting pH to 8.5-9.5 with 50-100 mmol/l-1 alkaline solution, (ii) immersing current collector in solution of step (i), allowing to stand for 24-48 hours, washing and drying at 100-120 degrees C under vacuum and placing to room temperature, (iii) dispersing graphene-containing carbon in a solvent, where solvent contains component 1 and component 2, where component 1 is N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dimethylformamide, ethanol, water, methanol, isopropanol, dimethyl sulfoxide, where volume percentage of dimethylformamide is 0.1-10 %, volume percentage of dimethyl sulfoxide is 0.5-15 % and volume percentage of isopropanol is less than 3 %, and component 2 is carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinylidene fluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene, styrene-butadiene rubber or polyester, where amount of carboxymethyl cellulose is 1-2 wt.%, amount of SBR is 2-3 wt.% and amount of component 1 and component 2 is 0.01-100, and (iv) spraying material of step (iio) onto the current collector of step (ii) on the single surface or double surface can and heating to obtain volatilizing component 1.
