NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves contacting (BB) metal catalyst with hydrogen gas, contacting (CC) the metal catalyst with hydrocarbon gas, nitrogen gas, or inert gas, and forming (DD) graphene on the metal catalyst. USE - Manufacture of graphene used in manufacture of electric device e.g. electrode, touch panel, electroluminescent display, backlight, radio-frequency identification tag, solar cell module, electronic paper, thin-film transistor, and thin-film transistor array (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene with desired surface roughness, providing electric device with improved efficiency, by fast and economical process.
