NOVELTY - Turbomachine composite portion comprises organic matrix (54) and carbon reinforcing fibers. These fibers are arranged in a preform including a stack of folds (42) of yarns (56) woven. The matrix further comprises graphene nanoparticles (60). The mass of the reinforcing fibers in the matrix is greater than twice the mass of the graphene particles. The portion is a composite blade or a composite casing of the turbomachine. Particle graphene is enriched with oxygen.
