NOVELTY - An antibacterial flexible coating comprises 30-70 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane, 8-30 pts. wt. spectrum powder, 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-1 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. thickener and 2-4 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, where spectrum powder includes at least one of aluminum oxide-titanium dioxide-chromium trioxide ceramic powder, carbon powder and silicate mineral powder. USE - Antibacterial flexible coating with far-infrared spectrum effect, used for preparing antibacterial flexible film (claimed), for far-infrared spectrum products. ADVANTAGE - The flexible coating solves technical problems that existing flexible coating and corresponding film products do not have antibacterial effect and cannot be flexibly coated, and the coating is synthesized in specific order in reactor and dried by precision oven to finally obtain antibacterial flexible coating with far-infrared spectrum effect, thereby ensuring enhanced antibacterial effect and stabilizing effect, simple molding process, and strong post-processing ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for preparing antibacterial flexible coating, which involves (S1) adding spectrum powder to micro-nano sand mill, and grinding spectrum powder to obtain spectrum powder with particle size less than 15 mu m, (S2) adding aqueous polyurethane, spectrum powder, crosslinking agent, leveling agent, dispersant, thickener, defoaming agent and antibacterial agent in sequence and stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 0.5-1 hour, and taking out; and (2) an application of antibacterial flexible film, which involves (1) adding film material to be screen-printed to 5000 W plasma processing equipment, processing for 5-6 minutes and taking out for use, (2) coating antibacterial flexible coating on surface of film material by screen printing, and utilizing 100-mesh screen as coating net to control thickness of antibacterial flexible coating to 300 mu m, controlling temperature at 80 degrees C, and entering into next process after film formation, (3) utilizing 300-mesh screen as coating net to control thickness of antibacterial flexible coating to 100 mu m, controlling temperature at 80 degrees C, and crimping the film for later use.
