USE - The aramid nanofiber wave-absorbing honeycomb material is used in stealth aircraft, stealth ships, communication base stations and electrical equipment. ADVANTAGE - The aramid nanofiber wave-absorbing honeycomb material is prepared in one step, which greatly improves the problems such as complex process existing in the current traditional honeycomb preparation process. The method is simple to operate and saves time and effort. The aramid nanofiber wave-absorbing honeycomb material avoids the shortcomings of the wave-absorbing coating on the surface of the traditional wave absorbing honeycomb material, such as increased weight and easy peeling off, and has excellent mechanical properties and wave-absorbing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the aramid nanofiber wave-absorbing honeycomb material comprising using dimethyl sulfoxide/potassium hydroxide/water mixed system to prepare the para-aramid nanofiber aqueous dispersion, mixing the wave-absorbing agent with deionized water to obtain the wave-absorbing agent aqueous dispersion, homogenizing the aqueous dispersion of para-aramid nanofibers and the aqueous dispersion of wave-absorbing agent to obtain a mixed solution of aramid nanofibers (ANFs) with wave-absorbing agent, performing controllable vacuum-assisted suction filtration on the mixed solution of ANFs with wave-absorbing agent to obtain ANFs with wave absorbing agent hydrogel, inserting the mold into the ANFs with wave-absorbing agent hydrogel at intervals, drying, and obtaining the aramid nanofiber wave-absorbing honeycomb material.
