NOVELTY - Preparing a black heat-insulating plastic film involves mixing carbon nanotube, graphene oxide, and dispersant into reactor with stirrer at high speed, adding acrylic acid, persulfate, sodium hydrogen sulfite and water, increasing temperature to 80-85 degrees C with stirring for 15 minutes, adding glass beads, and increasing temperature to 100 degrees C with stirring for 60-120 minute to obtain acrylic resin coated carbon nanotube and graphene oxide emulsion. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polypropylene carbonate, polyvinyl chloride, light stabilizer, and antioxidant are put into an internal mixer, mixed and plasticized, and uniformly mixed and passed through a single-screw extruder, and then casted to obtain a base film, and obtained emulsion is thermally sprayed on the base film to obtain final film. USE - Method for preparing a black heat-insulating plastic film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a black heat-insulating plastic film, which overcomes defects of dispersion difficulty in hot-melt plastics, reduces amount of carbon nanotubes/graphene oxide, enhances infrared heat insulation effect, ensures excellent thermal insulation performance of plastic film, and is suitable for spinach cultivation in high temperature seasons.
