▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing tough chitosan hydrogel comprises (S1) dissolving chitosan powder in acrylic acid, or methacrylic acid solution to obtain pure chitosan solution, and mixing the obtained pure chitosan solution with other macromolecule solutions, where the other macromolecule solutions are gelatin, polyvinyl alcohol, or water-soluble cellulose derivative, (S2) adding the acrylic acid derivative dropwise to the chitosan solution obtained in the step (S1), heating and reacting, where the acrylic acid derivative is glycidyl methacrylate, or methacrylic anhydride, and (S3) adding photoinitiator to the chitosan solution obtained in the step (S2) directly or after dialysis, stirring and uniformly dissolving, vacuum defoaming, and then irradiating with ultraviolet light to obtain strong and tough chitosan hydrogel. USE - The tough chitosan hydrogel is used in fields of tissue scaffolds, sensors, and sustained medicine release (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can add other natural polymers, functional additives, or biologically active substances in situ to expand the application field of chitosan hydrogels. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for tough chitosan hydrogel prepared by the above preparation method.
