NOVELTY - High-hardness graphene aqueous paint comprises 60.5- 70.5 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 15.5- 25.5 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic acid emulsion, 3.5-7.5 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-1.0 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.2- 1.0 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0-1.0 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. preservative, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. fragrance, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. graphene, 1.0-3.0 pts. wt. wax emulsion and 0-10.0 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as high-hardness graphene aqueous paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has high hardness, excellent impact resistance, wear resistance, pollution resistance and dry heat resistance and is suitable for coating requirements of various occasions specified by wood coating standard. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-hardness graphene aqueous paint, comprising (i) mixing aqueous polyurethane emulsion and aqueous acrylic emulsion, stirring by a stirrer at a rotating speed of 1000-1500 revolutions/minute, stirring and mixing for 5-10 minutes to obtain a mixed solution I, (ii) mixing film-forming auxiliary agent, antifoaming agent, wetting agent, leveling agent, dispersant, thickening agent, preservative, fragrance, graphene, wax emulsion and deionized water, stirring by a stirrer at a rotating speed of 800-1200 revolutions/minute, stirring and mixing for 5-15 hours to obtain a mixed solution II, and (iii) mixing the mixed solution I and the mixed solution II, stirring by a stirrer at a rotating speed of 1000- 1500 revolutions/minute, stirring and mixing for 20-35 minute to obtain a suspension emulsion and allowing to stand the suspension emulsion for 18-36 hours.
