USE - Graphene reinforced polycarbonate thermally conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced polycarbonate thermally conductive composite material has improved mechanical property and thermal conductivity, is prepared in a manner to avoid problem of easy degradation of polycarbonate after multiple processing, expands application range, uses toughening modifier with good compatibility with polycarbonate to maximize excellent mechanical property, toughness and ductility, and solves problem of unbalanced mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene reinforced polycarbonate thermally conductive composite material, which involves: (A) preparing a graphene high-filling masterbatch by mixing graphene, second thermally conductive filler, graphene surface processing agent, modified auxiliary agent and processing auxiliary agent proportioned according to one-pot method at a temperature of 200 300, and then cooling and pelletizing or directly granulating it to obtain graphene high-filling masterbatch; and (B) preparing composite material by subjecting masterbatch to melt blending at a temperature of 200-300 degrees C, and then granulating it with polycarbonate matrix in a certain ratio to obtain final product.
