▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing boron ester composite material filled with a reinforcing phase involves mixing boric acid and triethylene glycol, and heating and stirring to obtain a boric acid-triethylene glycol mixed solution A, mixing the boric acid-triethylene glycol mixed solution A obtained with a reinforcing phase, and heating and stirring to obtain a mixed suspension B, transferring the mixed suspension B obtained into a mould, heating, curing and forming to obtain a water-containing boron ester composite material filled with a reinforcing phase, drying the water-containing boron ester composite material filled with the reinforcing phase obtained to obtain the boron ester composite material filled with the reinforcing phase. USE - The method for preparing boron ester composite material filled with reinforced phase, used as impact-resistant protective material to absorb and dissipate the impact energy to protect the human and the object from being hurt. ADVANTAGE - The boron ester glass macromolecule under the stimulation of slow external force, dynamic covalent B-O bond exchange with sufficient time occurs, exhibits a liquid-like property; under the high speed stretching, the energy absorbing ability is about 4 times lower than the low speed; and has good anti-impact performance. The material has the characteristics-like polymer, and has the ability to realize self-repairing, and then processing and recycling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a boron ester composite material filled with a reinforcing phase.
