NOVELTY - Production of graphene-containing involves preparing aqua regia using 98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid and 65 wt.% concentrated nitric acid, dispersing graphene in aqua regia, washing, drying, grinding dried material, dissolving obtained hydroxylated graphene and N-( beta )-(aminoethyl)- gamma -aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane in deionized water, heating, stirring, centrifuging, washing, drying, grinding, adding obtained conjugated modified graphene to diluent, adding film-forming material, stirring and curing. USE - Production of graphene-containing coating used for marine application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of graphene-containing coating with excellent corrosion resistance and fouling resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of graphene-containing coating involves preparing aqua regia using 98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid and 65 wt.% concentrated nitric acid in ratio of 3:1, ultrasonically dispersing graphene in aqua regia, washing with water to neutral, drying, grinding dried material, obtaining hydroxylated graphene, dissolving hydroxylated graphene and N-( beta )-(aminoethyl)- gamma -aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane in deionized water, heating, stirring, centrifuging, washing, drying, grinding, obtaining conjugated modified graphene, mixing xylene and n-butanol, obtaining diluent, adding conjugated modified graphene to diluent, adding 0.10-0.20 %mass film-forming material, stirring and curing. The film-forming material comprises epoxy resin and curing agent. The mass ratio of epoxy resin, curing agent, xylene and n-butanol is 20:8-12:2-5:5-9. The content ratio of graphene and aqua regia is 1 g:600-630 mL. The mass ratio of hydroxylated graphene and N-( beta )-(aminoethyl)- gamma -aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane is 1:3-6. The mass ratio of xylene and n-butanol is 2-5:5-9.
