ADVANTAGE - The graphene-zinc composite anti-corrosive coating is easy to prepare, eco-friendly and has wide range of industrial applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing graphene-zinc composite material, which involves adding graphene powder to fluidized bed reactor and adding protective gas so that the material layer increases, insulating and pre-heating mixture, increasing the temperature of the fluidized bed reactor, adding zinc powder to reactor at high temperature so that zinc is vaporized, adjusting the flow rate of the protective gas that rises the material layer, completely vaporizing zinc powder and lowering the temperature of reactor, and cooling material to obtain graphene-zinc composite material; and (2) a method for preparing graphene-zinc composite anti-corrosive coating, which involves mixing graphene-zinc composite material, polyurethane, filler, dispersing agent, wetting agent, de-foaming agent, thickening agent, sterilizing agent and water, uniformly mixing and adding colored pigment and leveling agent, and stirring mixture to obtain product.
