NOVELTY - The nano-power generator has a substrate (1) whose upper surface is provided with a right electrode (3) and a left electrode (4). One end of the single-wall carbon nano-tube (6) is suspended in the right electrode and other end of single-wall carbon nano-tube is suspended in the left electrode. The substrate is provided with a graphene layer (5) whose boundary is fixed with the single-wall carbon nano-tube arranged in parallel. The graphene layer is arranged for providing a magnetic field, and the single-wall carbon nano-tube is arranged for cutting the magnetic field. USE - Self-driven carbon nano-power generator for implantable biosensor, molecular sensor, nano-robot, nano electromechanical system and wearable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The self-driven carbon nano-generator is made as small size, the power generating efficiency is improved, the power consumption is reduced, and the reliability of the generator is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing self-driven carbon nano-power generator.
