▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating comprises 10-30 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene, 20-40 wt.% aqueous-based epoxy resin, 1-10 wt.% composite inorganic nano-particles, 0.5-2 wt.% auxiliary agent, 2-10 wt.% additives and remaining amount of water, where the auxiliary agent including silane coupling agent or heptafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane and additives including dispersant, defoamer, thixotropic agent and pigment. USE - Used as a multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is easy to prepare; has low subsequent heat treatment temperature and good hydrophobic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating comprises (a) preparing multi-dimensional composite coating by adding polytetrafluoroethylene, water-based epoxy resin, composite inorganic nanoparticles, auxiliaries, additives and water in batches, vigorously stirring or ultrasonic vibration to obtain modified multi-dimensional composite coating, adding composite inorganic particles and solid additives in dispersed form, i.e. the composite inorganic particles are added in the form of being sieved by a sieve or sprayed from a nozzle with compressed gas as a dispersant, (b) filtering by allowing the modified multi-dimensional composite coating to stand for not less than 10 hours, filtering coating with gauze or a sieve, (c) preparing multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating by maintaining multi-dimensional composite coating at 25-50 degrees C for 0.2-1.5 hours, brushing, rolling and spraying on the substrate, (d) heat treating the coating by pre-curing, heating multi-dimensional composite hydrophobic coating at 60-150 degrees C for 10-60 minutes.
