NOVELTY - A graphene composite material comprises reduced nitrogen-doped graphene oxide and nitrogen-doped titanium oxide nanowire. The aspect ratio of titanium dioxide nanowire is greater than 10. USE - Graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite material ensuring increased catalytic reaction rate is prepared by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene composite material, which involves (1) preparing titanium dioxide nanowire, (2) reacting titanium dioxide nanowire, urea and oxidized graphene at mass ratio of (10-1):(200-600):(1-10), dispersing in water, hydrothermally reacting and heating at 180-220 degrees C for 5-20 hours.
