NOVELTY - Preparing nano-reduced graphene oxide silver powder comprises (a) preparing graphene, and preparing silver nitrate solution, (b) using hydrazine hydrate solution to pour diethylene glycol butyl ether into silver nitrate solution to prepare mixed solution of silver nitrates-diethylene glycol butyl ether, (c) pouring the mixed solution into graphene dispersion liquid to obtain mixed liquid loaded with silver ions, (d) adding the hydrazine hydrate liquid to the mixed liquid under stirring state and stirring and mixing under the stirring state, (e) adding 0.5-0.5 g oleic acid and 0.5 g isohexyl alcohol to the mixture to be reduced, raising the temperature to 95degrees Celsius, stirring, and keeping the temperature for 3 hours, and (f) performing subsequent treatment on the mixture for subsequent processing. USE - The method is useful in solar photovoltaic technology field. ADVANTAGE - The nano-reduction graphene oxide silver powder has excellent conductivity, large specific surface area and high carrier mobility, enhances the contact of the silver powder particles, and improves the property of the powder particles and contact the conversion efficiency of the battery sheet.
