▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detecting matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP-9) based on fluorescent polymer quantum dots and graphene oxide comprises incubating the graphene oxide-peptide-polymer quantum dot nanocomposite with a solution containing MMP-9, and then analyzing the concentration of MMP-9 by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The graphene oxide-peptide segment-polymer quantum dot nanocomposite is obtained by connecting polymer quantum dot with peptide segment containing specific MMP-9 cleavage site, and then combining it with graphene oxide through electrostatic adsorption. The amino acid sequence of the peptide containing the specific MMP-9 cleavage site comprises fully defined sequence of 16 amino acids (SEQ ID: not defined) as given in the specification. USE - The method is useful for detecting matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP-9) based on fluorescent polymer quantum dots and graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method: has high detection sensitivity and low detection limit; and utilizes detection reagent preparation method, which is simple.
