NOVELTY - Graphene Polyether Ketone Ketone(Semi-crystalline thermoplastic) composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. terephthaloyl chloride, 70-95 pts. wt. diphenyl ether, 60-100 pts. wt. N-N dimethylformamide, 200-400 pts. wt. polar aprotic solvent and 200-400 pts. wt. boron trifluoride. The electrical conductivity of the graphene Polyether Ketone Ketone(Semi-crystalline thermoplastic) composite material is 0.01-100 S/cm. The number of sheets of the graphene is multilayer, and the Polyether Ketone Ketone(Semi-crystalline thermoplastic) is distributed between each graphene sheet. The volume percentage of the graphene in the composite material is 6-35%. The synthesis temperature of the Polyether Ketone Ketone(Semi-crystalline thermoplastic) ranges from 30-15℃. USE - The material is useful in preparing conductive electric device and preparing electrode of electromagnetic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high conductivity, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance.
